Our aim is to keep the prices as low as possible. In most cases we can design and quote for a chimney system without the need to make a site visit, all we need are some basic details from you. 

We will discuss with you over the telephone your requirements and wishes in terms of how you would like to have your new stove installed. We will then view your property on Google StreetMap and Google Earth in order to view it from the outside, we will also ask you how you wish to route the chimney system, for example out of the wall and up the outside of the house, or through the ceiling a roof. In most cases we will ask you to forward a photograph of the outside elevation of your property and the a photo of the room where the stove will reside. You can do this with the camera on your phone and then text, email or Whatsapp the images to us. 

If you prefer we can offer a site visit and survey in order to quote for a chimney system, however our aim is to keep the price for supply and installation of chimney system as low as possible and to achieve this we try to keep your costs to a minimum. In most cases we can complete a design and quote without a site visit, and the price we quote you will be fixed and guaranteed.

Once we have the information we require a member of our team will design the chimney system and we will provide a quotation with a list of all the parts and components required. 

WILL MY QUOTATION BE A FIXED PRICE?

Your quotation will be supplied in writing via email and it will detail all the parts we estimate are required. The quotation will include a schedule of the works involved so that you fully understand the work that will take place. In the event that we over quote for any items, which in the event aren’t required, we will refund you for the parts. We only charge for the parts we use. Equally, if we require any additional parts we will explain why and apply a charge for the addition items at our published prices.
